The mission of creating Flora Litha Herbals is to provide natural, traditional remedies to people from all walks of life who are struggling to find the right support. Be that physical, spiritual or interpersonal.
After working much of my early adult life in the care industry, I began to notice certain trends in the way people are cared for in the modern world. This has only been compounded since working in natural health.
Many individuals are often left feeling feeling overlooked, overmedicalized, or isolated, and as the directors of their care and their lives, this simply shouldn't be the case!
By offering affordable, natural alternatives, my aim is to put you back in the driver's seat of your own health and wellbeing.
